Off Plan Buying
This means purchasing the property before it is completed, and being seen only from drawings, which is usually made up into a sales brochure but not always.
The planning permission will have been given and sometimes the work will have commenced. The developer wants to make the sales quickly so he can recoup his investment and move on to the next project, the way this helps us as a investor is we can buy the property under currant market value and in some cases flip the deal before the property has been completed, note however this is not always the case.
